Kanye West - Pastelle Jacket Preview at the American Music Awards

Last night’s American Music Awards gave us a look into the best of what music had to offer in 2008. Even though I don't have a Television yet, I made sure I checked his performance out on youtube. Although Kanyes album is set to release tomorrow, he showed us a glimpse of what to expect in his upcoming clothing label Pastelle. Pastelle is still under wraps but the blue/red two-tone varsity jacket worn by Kanye last night is definitely a sign of good things to come.

11/12 CDP?

After disputes about the colorways for this package, we finally got a confirmation. Jordan Brand helped us out a little bit by posting the colorways on their official release dates page, but JB has been known to throw some curve balls. N.E ways, nicekicks have found photos that give what just might be the visual confirmation that we have been waiting for months. 52xie posted photos of what appears to be the Jordan 11/12 CDP displaying the Black/Red colorway of the Jordan 11 and the “Taxi” Jordan 12.

Metal Man ED Air Jordan IV Sculpture

When I saw this, my first thought was Customz. I love when art x sneakers come other.....its like...Bonnie x Clyde, Peanut Butter x Jelly, Sex x KY...lol J/K. From spray paint to metalwork, Metal Man ED put together this awesome 8 foot long, 4 1/4 foot tall Air Jordan IV sculpture comprised entirely of metal. Nike Dunk High SB: Heaven's Gate Sample

My girl and I saw this shoe about a week ago and it took us into this whole youtube, wikipedia mode. We both remember the Heaven's Gate Story but we were too young to understand it. The name is in reference to the San Diego based religious cult which was led by Marshall Applewhite, he was the creepy guy in all the videos and Bonnie Nettles, the 39 group members ending up committing suicide wearing black t-shirts, sweat pants and brand new black and white Nike Cortezs. The black, purple, blue and white Dunk High SB will not be dropped and have popped up on the ‘bay! If you haven't heard of HUF, u need too. They have done alot of collaborations with other brands and they are starting to pop off heavy in the south, as a matter of fact, everywhere. ITS ABOUT TIME: AIR YEEZY

The long awaited Air Yeezy's have been confirmed to release Spring of 2009. For those who don't know, the Nike and Kanye West collaborated on a shoe together called the "Air Yeezy" and pics have been floating around the web for about a year now. We caught Kanye wear them on his GITD tour and we caught Tinker Hartfield (Jordan Brand shoe designer)with them on as well but there never was a confirmation whether these were gonna release or not unitl now. Sneaker Files has confirmed that the majority of Air Yeezy styles and colorways will be limited releases. The Air Yeezy is inspired by Kanye West’s favorite shoes, notably the Air Jordan III (3) (used for the Yeezy mid-sole makeup). The Air Yeezy is highlited with glow in the dark accents which streak through the Nike Swoosh and Jordan III inspired mid-sole.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High Strap

If you haven't noticed, there have been alot of Air Jordan Is to come out this year, one of them I have copped myself, but of them all, I believe this is the most anticipated one, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High Strap. These shoes come in two different colorways; the first pair, comes in the unmistakable Black/Red colorway that David Stern and company banned from the NBA. The other pair releasing is a non-original colorway, but makes use of canvas on the black panels on the upper similar to the AJKO. Im not to Big on the strap but if I decided to cop them, the strap will have to go. This are gonna release this weekend at a retail price of $110 at Jordan retailers nationwide.
